Pilates is a great way to keep back pain at bay. It not only lengthens muscles, Pilates also builds strength and through breathing techniques relaxation. If you'd like to join me in a Pilates Group Class - come along to The University of Auckland Gym on Wednesday evenings 5.20pm - 6.20pm. See you there!

Pilates Group Sessions - Private

If you and a bunch of friends are keen to do Pilates Group sessions, it's a great way to stay fit and flexible. If there are 3 or more of you, it makes it an affordable and fun Way to exercise together. Class times can be arranged to suit you. Classes are normally 1 hour long.

One on One Customised Pilates Session

Private Pilate's sessions start at $45 per session. These sessions are customised specifically around your goals and injuries. Pilates is also a great form of post rehabilitation when your physio-therapist or medical specialist has cleared your to exercise again.
