Have fun and enjoy the fresh air in a local park or by the beach.  We have specially designed exercised like ‘Walk the Dog’ ‘Skating’ and other fun things to do in a small group setting.
Session are run in the evenings over summer from October to March (daylight savings hours) from 6.00pm-7.00pm on demand.
